Where can I find this? Did anyone record it?

I am looking for this series but can't find it anywhere. Is it available for download anywhere? For sale? Can anyone with this on tape or dvd send me a copy (via physical media or online file transfer) - I'd be willing to pay a nominal fee for you time and effort.

I found Season 1 Episode 7 on a random VHS pickup. The episode is titled "Mugging" I believe, and had Julia Louis Dreyfus as a guest star. Here it is, all commercials intact. https://youtu.be/N7yh8AuGBRk
