The dumbest premise yet. A locked-up prisoner from an arrest of Bobby's. The felon has a fake person serving his sentence for him--and the real one is stalking Bobby. And to make it even dumber--the real guy supposedly can commit a crime & get away with it...'cause he's already in prison. They know it & can't do anything about it.

Really???? They don't have fingerprints? How ridiculous.

I watch alotta TV...but that doesn't mean I don't have a job.

Yeah, that is a plot hole. It was a good concept but it needed to be tightened up a bit. Like, how would the guards and warden not know that there is a lookalike to one of their inmates? I still enjoyed the episode though.
