Where is this episode from? A man who can recrete the1950s with his mind

Can someone tell me what series and episode or movie is this from? I remember watching it when I was young, and it left an impression on me, but I can't figure out what is it exactly. I thought it was from the 90s Outer Limits, but can't find it anywhere either.

What I remember clearly is this: the story is about a man who has an unhealthy feeling of nostalgia towards the 1950s, idealized as the "american dream". He is able to alter reality for him and those around him by listening to a record player, and he eventually grows so delusional he traps the other characters on this alternate reality created by his mind. The people can't leave the room and all their clothes and appearance change to reflect the 50s scenario, turning all the characters in a 1950s family (the black woman turns into the maid).

They end up escaping by ruining his idealized fantasy with what the 50s were really like. His "teenage daughter" says she is pregnant and the others stage a nuclear attack, until the fantasy becomes so horrible he has a seizure and they can leave.

Does anyone know what is this?

It reminds me of one episode of the 2002 twilight zone hosted by Forest Whitaker, episode 31. There is only one season and this episode is called "it's still a good life". I don't know if it's what you were looking for but it made me think about it!
