Repeats??? Why only the 9th and 10th seasons?

I'm wondering why they only seem to repeat the 9th and 10th seasons on the Comedy channel in Canada? You never see the early years here.

Do others in the USA and elsewhere have the same repeat schedule of just a couple of seasons?

I wonder why they don't repeat seasons 1 to 12 (not 13 or 14!!! Ever please!) The early years were funny just like the later years before they ruined the show.

Anyone know why?

Here in Finland, they first showed seasons 1-9, but then they have just been repeating seasons 8 and 9 (which are IMO the worst seasons right after season 13).

That, and their annoying-as-shTt advertisements.

The re-runs are sold in packages to networks that run them so they run a package of shows then buy another package.
