Wasn't there a Mad TV movie some years back?
Hey everyone..
Wasn't there a sketch-movie based on Mad TV? I remember watching it on Comedy Central right before Strangers with Candy.
I don't remember much about it at all, but I do remember a scene with Nicole Sullivan, I think it might be, who was acting as a Phone Sex Operator working from home.
In this scene, she's obviously quite bored, smoking a cigarette, rolling her eyes every few moments, and listening to some perverse fantasies of middle-aged men.
Then she gets this call from a stammering newbie which really seems to annoy her, you could tell in her face, as he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. And then for some reason I don't quite recall, he gets a bit 'harsh' with her, and she says, 'Ah! You scared me!!' then takes a drag of her cigarette and rolls her eyes whilst he is stammering out an apology.
Does this ring ANY bells? If so, what was this movie??? Thanks!
