All Kristen Wiigs characters have been done by Mo Collins first

Go and rewatch some of Mo Collins sketches on YouTube. Everything Kristen Wiig is being praised for was done much funnier by Mo Collins on Mad Tv years ago.

With that send off they gave her on SNL you'd think she was the most important player they had ever had on the show.

ITA - never understood all the acclaim for her.

His Stefon skits were the funniest bits on SNL in years!

I don't watch regularly but I think the new girl who does 'The Girl you wish you'd never started a conversation with at a party' is hilarious - better than Kristen ever was, IMO. Looking forward to more of her - great new addition.

Just thinking about him covering up his nose and mouth so he didn't start laughing when he was doing those - makes me want to laugh.

I disagree. It's not just how funny you are alone. There is more to it. Mo was funny but in some people's opinions (mine) she doesn't have the same overall appeal as Kristen. A lot of people don't even know who Mo is. I like her a lot but just not as much as I like Kristen.

I agree that Wiig sucks, but its funny u bring that up. When I first saw her I thought she was trying to imitate Mo...even my mom pointed it out. She was doing this *beep* film critic sketch and was totally bombing, and my mom was like "she seems like she's trying to be like Mo Collins from MadTV".

Only real difference is the talent level. Mo over Wiig any day.

So true. That's a big reason why I'm not drinking the Kristen Wiig Kool-Aid.

When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.
