I googled the movie and came up with:

That budget is obviously off.

I think the "Storm of the Century" cost around 35 million.

"The Shining" remake for cable channel TNT reportedly cost $21 million dollars in 1997.

I find it hard to believe that a 5 million dollar picture would be broadcast on multiple nights via network television in 1995.
