Looking for an episode (possible spoilers?)

Hello. I'm looking for an episode about a lonely boy who tries to make friends. (Maybe the same actor that plays Skipper in attack of the mutant episode.) At some point in the episode he offers some home baked cookies with flies and bugs or something to some kids and he laughs at it. That's the only thing I remember about the episode. May not even be goosebumps. I can't find it on Netflix. Help.

I don't recall that in any episode. Calling all creeps episode has a similar scene at the end where the loser kid offers cookies to the kids at school that would turn them into creeps.

Thanks but that's not the one. I remember calling all creeps clearly. Anyway the one I'm looking for might not even be from goosebumps. I just don't remember.

That actually sounds like a segment from a film called The Willies.
