Ben Chaplin rolled up in a carpet??

Just wondering if someone can settle an argument between me and my mum. We both used to watch Game On and loved it and she's often mentioned an episode from season one where Mandy and Martin roll Matthew up in a carpet to take him out of the house. She says she remembers it really clearly because as well as being funny it was also quite moving. I don't remember the episode and have recently rewatched series one and this never happened. She's convinced it was definitely with Ben Chaplin playing Matthew. Does anyone else remember this or is me old mam just going a bit mad???

How old is your mum?
A suitable age for Altzemers perhaps?
Just kidding but the dvd is the complete series one so i think she may have dreamt that!! It didn't happen in the first series. I haven't seen series 2 or three unless she is mistaking the different Matthew!!

In the season one episode where Matt becomes the singer of a band he is seen being carried into the pub that Martin and Mandy are leaving, wrapped in what could be a blanket. Maybe this is it? I haven't seen much of the second or third seasons so I can't help any further

Yes, Ruaril3 you are correct. He was being carried by 2 of the band members. This is in the last episode of series 1.
Ben Chaplin Played Matt in series 1 only; he was replaced by Neil Stuke for series 2 and 3.
