it looks like him. in the song at the start of the episode, Drew's computer dies and he tries to give it to a guy who looks like Bill Gates who refuses to take it. its a funny little bit but i was curious if anyone knew if that was actually him. i couldnt find any info on it.

It is a Bill Gates lookalike - Steve Sires, known as "Bogus Bill", operated "Microsortof". He did impersonations at business functions, acted as Gates in "The Social Network", and was in "Roboshark" (as Bill G'L'ates).
