I'm going to get you, Stewart.

Anybody else love this line?

Very much so, also "I haven't eaten, I haven't drank, I haven't made love in a long time."

i agree,"i'm going to get you stewart",had a suprising weight and effectivness, and we've all felt like jack did at one time or another.

reply

Indeed. It went beyond being a threat to being a statement of fact, as if he said "I'm going to get the paper." Priceless.

I really liked this movie, This movie was awsome, I wish they had made a sequal because, I would have liked to see what Michelle Pfeiffer had looked like as a wolf woman. When I was younger and I first saw this movie, James Spader, scared the crap out of me so badly I could not sleep for 2 days lol. Now that I saw the X-men movies, he looks awsome like that, some one had mention on this post, that he looked like SaborTooth from the first Xmen movie, Yop, he sure does... I think he should be one of the next Villans if they make an X-Men 4, or in another marvel comics or DC comics movie. This movie was not your average werewolf movie, it had a great story line and plot. It was movie of a monerned day Wolfman flim, compared to the old 1940's film. My favorite lines in this whole movie are , when he was in Central Park, and a couple thugs were about to rob him, he said, "I GOT ABOUT A THOUSAND DALLORS IN MY WALLET, HOW MUCH WOULD YOU LIKE TO BOARROW??? 5,10,DOLLARS," and the thug was like "CUT THE *beep* MAN, AND GIVE ME YOUR MONEY" and WAM! He bites the one of the guy's fingers off. That was awsome! The other part I liked was when he was having an arguement with James Spader in the bath room and peed on his shoe, now don't get me wrong that was funny as hell lol, he said "I WAS JUST MARKING MY TERRITORY AND YOU GOT IN THE WAY" HAHAHA that was the best one liner I ever herd in my life. This movie was overall great, it was not too much and not too little... I just wish they would have made some rock music or heavy metal music for the soundtrack for the fight scences. This movie was overall the best werewolf film I ever saw. Its one of my favorites along said of Interveiw with the vampire with Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt... HEY *beep* AND BARK AT THE MOON! HOWLLLLLLL SJ

it was a good line, but my favorite was "and BACON??!!!"

It's a shame he didn't actually 'get him'. It took a blonde chick with a revolver to put that dog down!

yea I thought this movie was cool.its funny i was watching it with my mom. and spoilers ***

when he bit stewwart my mom was like wait doesnt that mean that he will turn into a werewolf too. i totally didnt catch it until the end. i think the fact that they have a close of jack also makes the line that more interesting. watching this movie makes me want to watch the wolf man for some reason.

But Will did. He got Stewart's job and pushed Stewart out of the company.

And he got the girl too.

^^Yeah, I agree, he had beaten Stewart in every other way.

And I agree with the poster that was talking about how scary Spader looked in here. Yeah, he looked scarier than Jack did and he did look like Sabretooth a bit. I LOVED the scene where he tells the gang how much money he had in his wallet and just went crazy on them. Another great scene was when David Schwimmer tried to arrest him and he broke loose. When he peed on Stewart's shoe was hilarious as hell, especially when Stewart tells them later: "I mean, he urinated on my shoes."

David Hyde Pierce's line "You're my god." is another hilarious line, I always chuckle at that one. What's funny is that I use this gag when Laura asks Stewart if he was bit and he looks at her strangely. "What an odd question." I don't know why that line is so funny to me, probably how he's looking at her haha! This movie is soooooo underrated and it features great acting by the whole cast, Spader, Pfeiffer, Plummer, Nelligan, Pierce, and especially Jack!

When Jack looks in the mirror and says "Not only am I the president of the Men's Hair Club, I'm also a member!" But "I'm going to get you, Stewart." is definitely my favorite - it came across as a merciless stone cold fact, especially after all the blah blah lies which Stewart had just been spouting. Classic.

I don't understand this Nicholson's line. Why is it supposed to be funny?

Jack is making fun of this commercial:

"I'm also a client" became a national catchphrase and fodder for comedians, just like other commercial lines such as "Where's the beef?" and "I've fallen and I can't get up!"
