I like to think they ended up together. Since it was obvious she was turning, I say once she fully turned she found him.
shareI'm thinking that he may have come to her, at her house or the garden, even before she completely turned. I can easily imagine her peacefully pet her friend wolf. Then.. when the next full moon arise, she'll go running with him and his pack forever.
