Movie that is bad and good at the same time

This movie has to be a great example of Bad movies that for some weird reason are good.

I can pretty much say this line for line because I have seen it so many times and still can find 1000 flaws in it.

Why is this???

Can you name more movies like this? I mean, with the same issue??

Some other I can name are:
1. Robot Jox
2. Judge Dredd
3. Masters of the Universe
4. Cyborg
5. Escape from L.A.
6. Screamers
7. Moontrap
8. I come in Peace
........

Which ones can u add?

"Bad and good at the same time" pretty accurately sums up how I feel about Timecop. Just re-watched it, and I love it more now than before. It's a mess, but it's a beautiful mess, and I still like it for a lot of reasons.

As for other movies in the same category, I definitely agree with I Come in Peace a.k.a. Dark Angel. There are a lot of movies of this type from the 1980s and early 1990s. Movies like The Hidden (1987) or Demolition Man (1993). Basically, wonderful craptastic flicks that I used to watch at the dollar cinema (in one town), or at the double-feature matinée (in another town) -- before a lot of cinemas like those went out of business.

Yeah, it's fun to watch, and I remember seeing it when it came out. Nothing spectacular about this movie, but it's not the trainwreck some people act like. It's a good time waster on the weekend when everyone else is asleep and I'm looking for something to watch. Besides, it's got Mia Sara in it, so that's always a good thing.

As for other movies like this, there are too many to name, and I don't usually remember them until I see them on the program guide, but I think some of the ones on your lost are just plain bad, without any redeeming qualities, I Come in Peace and Masters of the Universe being at the top of that...

As I mentioned somewhere before, Broken Arrow is exactly like this. Ridiculous premise, flaws even in the internal logic, let alone the zillion questions every single stupidity raises, and so much wrong. And yet, it's so entertaining and fun and interesting to watch. Even the groan-inducing 'wooisms', like 'zooming to Travolta's "evil face" are done in an interesting way, so your brain almost short-circuits, because it doesn't know whether to applaud, vomit, laugh, cry, get angry, sad, happy or just slap the forehead while groaning and rolling eyes - and yet it wants more!

Weird, how some movies have this effect.
