Disney quality?

I was really surprised when I found out that Disney didn't make this film... it just has the classic look of Disney, and the songs are really good too, so I thought Disney would have made this.

Anyone else agree?

I'm an avid Disney fan having grown up with my dad working for Disney and going to Disney World multiple times a year. I've always known it wasn't Disney. But it's definitely up to Disney's standards. This is a Don Bluth movie, like Anastasia, which many people also confuse for Disney. Don Bluth used to work for Disney, and then he started to make his own films. That's why his movies are so Disney-like. =)

I was so sad when I heard they went bust!!!
Anastasia and Thumbelina were ultimate gems! They only tried the musical twice but wow did they get it right!

Anastasia was the best animated movie ever!!I used to think it was Disney too....like 10 years ago lol

I always knew it wasn't Disney too, as I was aware that other people made animated films besides Disney, .

When I was young I always thought that animated movies were by Disney. I figured out that Thumbelina wasn't a Disney movie when I was younger... I always thought Anastasia was disney too but it isn't. Don Bluth worked with Disney so that is the tying factor between the two.
