movie help please!?

so there's this movie i remember from a long long time ago, but i have no idea what it's called.
i think it might have been called thumbelina, but i could be way off.
basically all i remember was this girl i think the movie started out in a market, then she was transported by a fairy or something to a land or whatever, and first there was this hill of sugar. then next i remember there was this family of frogs who put the girl in a basement with three strawberries. she didn't eat them, a grasshopper came, ate them, and turned into a frog. the parents wanted the girl to turn into a frog so she could marry their son.
i'm sorry, that's basically all i can remember. the frog said his parents wanted them married so young because frogs don't live as long as humans.
