If Thumbelina was your daughter...
...how would you treat her? How would you handle caring for a daughter so tiny? Do you think her mother did well, from what's seen? If not, how would you have improved parenting her?

I'd probably be overprotective.
(I get like that sometimes with my friends.)
Her mother did the best she could, but if I were her,
the last thing I would've done was leave her with an aging
dog and a standing book, (When I saw the movie
again, I was thinking how easy the book
could squish her by falling on her!),
next to a windowsill that was ajar.
Safety first!
She would stay in my room every night where I could keep
an eye on her. ^__^
I'd just be very careful not to let anything happen to
her. (She'd probably really hate me, but it would
all be for her own good.)
