No way Thumbelina was 16....

had Prince Cornelius not said that he was 16, I would thought he was younger. Especially Thumbelina....she didn't look 16, at most she looked about 12. And the whole Mole wanting to marry her storyline was creepy...he looked about 50-60 years old and he knew how young Thumbelina was, the Toad that was lusting after her was probably in his 20's and the beetle's lust for Thumbelina didn't last long thank goodness. That was probably the only issue I had with this movie, I found it disturbing how all these much older beetles/moles/toads..whatever (with the exception of Prince Cornelius of course lol) were chasing after Thumbelina.


I love this movie and I love the song "Let me Be your Wings", so I am in no way a hater of this movie, but just the issue which I mentioned above; creeped me out.
