This is not only my favorite episode of TNG, it's my favorite episode of any ST series and I even love it more than any of the films. To me, this is everything I love about Star Trek all rolled into one feature-length episode.

All Good Things is everything I love about Star Trek brilliantly packed into one feature-length 92-minute episode. It delivers vivid characterizations, strong thematic material, epic-scale action and adventure, all wrapped around an engrossing, mystery-based plot that endlessly intrigues and provokes thought.

Would have been a much better ending that what the Picard series gave us, and generally better than the TNG movies. Such a shame they didn't realize it was a home run of a finale and the only right move was to just let it stand. (Of course the movie plans were already in the works before this was made, so we were never going to get it as a true finale.)
