He looks like one of the lesser Baldwins when he puts the nose on

Seriously. It's making me think that if the non-Alecs got nosejobs they wouldn't look quite so ugly.

I always think exactly the same thing, he looks like William Baldwin when in The Shadow costume - it actually bugs the hell out of me.

Yes! I just watched The Shadow this evening on cable and the disguise does look like a William Baldwin Hallowe'en getup.

Wow! Alec really was an absolutely stunningly manly-man, wasn't he?

Anyway, even though I don't think any of the Baldwin brothers are ugly, with the Shadow's makeup, he did always seem to remind me of one of the brothers (I never couldn't think of which one, however.)

In "Shadow mode" he always reminded me of Robert Davi.

I could've SWORN it was william baldwin when Alec was in Shadow garb.

You are right. I saw an interview at the time with Alec Baldwin and they got the idea for the look of the Shadow from a time
Alec was out with his brother, as he said, Billy, and Billy was in the back seat in shadow and looked like the final look of the Shadow. So it is indeed William Baldwin.

small noses are plain and ugly. his brother William is good looking , alec is not.
