Was that Mr Dewey from the Jessie Sings episode in this movie. It's the scene when Zack,Slater, and Screech are in jail.

It looks like him but it actually isn't. I checked the guys profile and it's a different guy who plays Mr. Dewey. They really did talk and look alike, though!
