All the other actors from Mario Lopez and Dustin Diamond to Tiffany Thiesn and Lark Vorhees all sounded like themselves.

But MPG's voice in this sounded really high pitched like he was taking hits of helium during shooting. Did anyone else notice this?

Yes. Watching it now and, along with his usual nasally voice, there is no bass or bottom end. Very tinny sounding.
