Exactly. It depends on how tall you are. I'm a 5' 11" guy and I was pretty tubby at 195. Shocked me into getting in shape and losing a lot of lard.

Tim Allen the actor is listed at 5'10". Normally you can figure that's generous for any Hollywood listing for a male, but let's assume for argument's sake that Scott Calvin is 5'10" - 195 would be high if just days before he was 150lbs.
I get uncomfortable when I'm up 3lbs and I start to freak out at 5lbs over my nominal weight.
Imagine anyone putting on 45lbs in two weeks!
