I couldn't believe how dull it was. This is considered a Christmas classic, probably by those who were children when it came out so they have a nostalgic reaction to it.

shareYeah it’s nothing special, but it gets the job done. Haven’t seen it in awhile but last time I watched it was around age 16 and I remember thinking, “I remember it being better than this.”
shareI liked it when it first came out in the 90s. Then years later being a divorced dad, I rediscovered it and it resonated with me. I hope you don't rediscover this film in the same way. There is a generation gap but I hope you can hang on to the films of your childhood. Entertainment will never be the same again.

Do check it out. There was a huge gap in time before I rediscovered it and now It's a tradition. I even like the second one (not the third...Even i have my limits ;)
