Just thought of an idea for a sequel that could incorporate another play on words into the title. It could be called The Santa Clause 4: The North Poll, as in an election poll. Maybe there is a term limit to being Santa Claus and Scott has to run for re-election against another candidate who plans to revolutionize Christmas if he becomes Santa. They could poke fun at politics using Santa/Christmas as an analogy. Maybe Charlie becomes Scott’s campaign manager.

I usually love to read these fan suggestions so I can laugh derisively, but I agree that it's actually not a bad idea. Of course, the could keep the word as "pole" and just go with doing a porno..

No more sequels. The second one was Bad. I never saw the third but I heard it was even worse.
