Most hysterical final scene EVER.
Sadly, it didn't really happen like that (it was actually pneumonia), but the final scene was SO F$%KIN' HILARIOUS!!!
shareI think it was inspired by a Monty Python sketch: the hydrophobes swim race, where several swimmers are seen diving at the same time and that's it they don't come back up and the camera shows the water slowly settling. It lasts a long time and of course hilarity ensues.
