I saw this a long time ago, and liked it. I know Harvey Kellogg was a real person and that this was just an over-the-top, comedic sendup of a misunderstood man. However, I have never seen the poster until now. I can't believe he's just standing there in front of a bunch of women's asses! Hilarious!

It isn't just women's backs, but men and women- they were used effectively in their disguise as flames of a fire, in which they were meant to stand in for both his "anal" approach to medicine and the fires in the film.
Hysterical, if not totally accurate, film.
