The individual physical elements of Streep are worth less than the sum of the parts. What makes Street so attractive is how she's put together the total package. I've always thought the woman was drop dead gorgeous.

She has a little extra weight (good), she has definition to the muscles in her arms and legs (fine), and for some reason I wanted to kiss her at every close-up of her face. Wonderful woman!

It's not just you. I would have... well, let's just say that Meryl Streep in this film is quite possibly the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen in my life.

It's not just you. It's just Meryl. She looks terrific in this film, and she's in tremendous shape. I suspect they used some stunt doubles, but it really looks like her navigating the raft.
shareMeryl was quite attractive earlier in her career, here she was the eminently doable MILF. IMHO she never again looked so good.
