I don't think it's said the first time, but the time with Van Dough on the Mount Richmore, I'm quite certain that's what he says. Perhaps someone who has the DVD could confirm what the subtitles say.

sharewell, to be fair, when the manure is thrown at that guy, he doesn't say $hit, he says "shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-" & the bag hits him. sorry, i thought that was funny & wanted to point that out.
