I used to watch this as a kid and I also watched a similar film about a kid who had a bodyguard who got shot in a shopping mall at the end. THe kid broke out of the house to go to a school prom. Can anyone tell me what the film was???? It's been bugging me for days!

In FIRST KID, Zachary Ty Bryan played the son of the President of the United States. Culkin plays the son of a multi-billionaire.
