However, if the show had not been rigged, it really would have been a quality intellectual show, probably the Jeopardy of its time. And here is a bit of Trivia. The very first episode of Twenty One was not rigged. However, at the end of the show, nobody scored any points because the questions were so hard!
It was decided to start the rigging process the following week. The last show before cancellation had also not been rigged because Freeman and Enright had been "exposed" by that time, and tried to save face, but it was much too late.
