When Vincent is killed by Butch, he's wearing a black suit, yet when we see Butch meeting him in the film, he's wearing the clothes he borrowed from Jimmy... so my question is where did he get the suit from and why is he wearing it? (I don't think it's the same type of one he was wearing when he took Mia out?)

The whole thing with Butch took place after Jules quit, since the time he's wearing the clothes from Jimmy is the time Butch gets paid off to drop the fight..
Odds are he wouldn't have met with Butch the day he was supposed to drop the fight, because Marsellus needed time to get the word out to his contacts the fix was in..
I'd say the minimum time between paying Butch and Vincent being in Butch's apartment was 7 days..
Even if it was the next day, he would have had plenty of time to go home and get new clothes..
Not to mention Vincent takes out Marsellus wife after he wore the clothes from Jimmy.. we know this because he's talking about taking Mia out before they kill Brett..
