Any English Beat fans out there? When Tomei's character said this line in the movie, I immediately thought, "hey, that's from a song". I finally thought of which one, I Confess by the English Beat. I wonder if the writer is an EB fan, or if it's just a coincidence. Probably the latter, but it's kind of a weird thing to say, so I thought maybe it was a reference to the song.
