you should also see 'The Lake House' (Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock). great movie, story is very unusual like this one. That's also one romance flick that had me watching more than 2x.

You know, you shouldn't expect guys to "rip your testys [sic] off". Sure, some probably will, but you shouldn't act like that's the standard reaction, and that you need to apologise, defend yourself or compensate just because you like this movie. It only reinforces the common belief that men shouldn't like romantic movies, which is definitely not true. I think it's nice that a guy likes this movie. Granted it is one of the better romantic comedies, but still. You should be quite proud that you're man enough to admit it shamelessly.

Nope man, another hale and hearty male here who agrees with you! It pokes fun at both sexes plus it has many memorable scenes. No problem liking that.

It's a chick flick that crosses over to acceptable male viewing. I've just seen it for the first time. I look forward to seeing it again.
