This movie should be rated a 6, same as Walking Tall

Walking Tall was rated 5.9 , and it's essentially the same movie as On Deadly Ground. Neither Steven Seagal nor the Rock can act to the degree of being the star of a movie, yet On Deadly Ground actually had some decent supporting actors like Michael Caine, Ermey, Billy Bob Thornton and Joan Chen.

Of course, if someone wants to argue that Walking Tall should be rated a 3.5, at least that would be consistent.

This film should of been rated a 6 because this is a good film and I can't understand why it is a 3.5 but some of you messagers are going to tell me because of bad actors like Steven also for his directing, bad storyline, bad picture and everything else that you guys think of.

BUT IT DOES NOT DESERVE A 3.5/10 AT LEAST.
