What kind of makeup was he wearing? It looked like someone made up a mask of his face when he was 25 and pasted it onto to his head. I'm surprised he was able to move his lips, it looked so heavy.
I get it: he was trying for camouflage so no one would know it was him in this movie. This movie was bad even for Seagal. I read that he didn't get along with ANY of the other actors on the set, especially Joan Chen and Caine.

Michael Caine got along with everyone, he just didn't enjoy the filming locations. how unrealistically evil he was was probably the best thing in this movie. he was the most interesting thing about it.

The dyed his dark and then to match it, put dark eyeliner on him.
