I thought Jennings' beautiful assistant Liles turned in a terrific performance, and was much more than the intended "eye candy" by his side. She was bright, intelligent, and perfectly mirrored his evil personna.

I totally agree with you, johnnyb94109.

It would have been better, though, if she could have had a fight scene with Masu (Joan Chen) before running away. At least then, Masu wouldn't have been totally useless.
