Yes - it’s one of Newman’s best performances and a very involving look at small-town life.

Yes it a very pleasantly enjoyable movie imo.

I found it to be overrated and just ok, a 6/10 at best. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

Of course. Why not? PN is one of the most watchable actors ever.
It's not ground-breaking but it's one you can notch in your movie gun belt and I don't think you will regret it.
