Rare treat
This film has a unique quality that is rarely seen these days.
Unfortunately, it only had moderate success when it was released
in theaters. When I first saw it more than ten years ago, I
remember a stand-out performance by the actor who played the
town cop. Who would guess that he would someday play Truman Capote
on film(Philip Seymour Hoffman).
