Great movie, but who wants to pay a ridiculously high price ? Not me. Is there a reissue planned ? Can anyone help ? Thanks.

I'm sure a new DVD edition of "Nobody's Fool" will come out eventually. I think Newman may have given his greatest performance in that film.

Is the double feature presented in a box set with both dvds in them, or is one of those one case and twos discs ones?

I saw the DVD "Double Feature" consisting of Nobody's Fool an Fat Man and Little Boy at a local WalMart and it was not a Box Set but a regular DVD case. It seemed light to me so I'm not sure if both movies are on one disc or if it consists of 2 discs.

Thanks for your help...now I regret ordering it though :(

I wouldn't regret ordering it. I'm sure the transfer is very decent, and you get another Paul Newman film with it. I never saw "Fatman and Little Boy". It received mixed reviews when it opened theatrically but I'm sure it's worth seeing if only for Newman's participation in it. He was always an interesting actor even when the film was not up to par.

Yeah, I guess you're right. It's better than nothing...certainly better than ordering Nobody's Fool on its own for $50...thanks mpofarell ur a kind person..I can tell :)

I'm watching it right now on hulu.com for free. It's not the same as owning it, but since I too was able to find it on DVD, I'm glad to be able to see it again, uninterrupted.

And I agree with an earlier poster that it's one of Newman's best films, or at least my favorite.

Barnes And Noble has it for $5.99. It is a bare bones edition but great addition to the collection.
