Anybody think William Hurt could have been as great in this movie, Liam Neeson's character reminds me of the many roles that Mr. Hurt has played in his career, i have to wonder how he would have made the role his own and how he would have compared against Mr. Neeson.
shareYeah I could see Hurt playing Jerry. But I just think that the way Liam played Jerry just reminds me of some of the characters Hurt played. Personally I just think that it was cool that I got to meet the future Qui Gon Jinn (Liam), while he was filming this movie. Wished I'd got his autograph. To be honest, back then when I met him, I had no idea who he was. I found out later that week that he played in "Next of Kin" with Patrick Swayze, in which I recognized him in.
