I'm 21, but when I first saw this movie was around 6 and when i look at it now, i'm can't help but notice how bold it is and what surprised me more was that it was only rated PG!

I mean were pedophilia, showing a young teens butt, etc less taboo in 1994??

I've never seen this movie, but since when is a semi-nude teen a form of pedophilia?

It's not but there were jokes about pedophilia in the movie, unrelated to the scene with the thong.
