I don't think it was mentioned, unless it is shown on the close up of that form.

In this version, all you see is a little piece of it, like "as old as my to.." or something. But being a huge fan of the original, I love the line "as old as my tongue and a little bit older than my teeth." It's my favorite thing to say when people ask me my age, simply because it's true.
