Everytime I see that scene I wish the manager would just kick her the hell outta there

Doesn't she say, "Santa's made a COLES shopper out of me?", not a "cold" shopper. What scene are you talking about?

Ah, haha, I obviously misheard.

My point remains though, just thought her general behaviour was... bi*chy.

When I think about it though, a stressed out mom doing christmas shopping...

Yes, it is Cole's shopper. She is likely so deadpan to make the positive thing she ends up saying comes as a surprise. And that is Allison Janey.

I love Allison, and I have to say that her little scene there is one of my favorite things about the remake. There aren't toooooo many; it of course isn't up to the original.
