I didn't know that soooo many people dislike this film. I guess I just assumed that every enjoyed it because it's a really good film, with scenes that definitely touch the heart.
I've seen the original and it was good, but it doesn't get to me like this version does. I don't mind that it's a remake because it was done particularly well.
& Matilda was in it! & Dylan D. is such a hottie!

Unless it's a superhero or some other 900th sequel to some comic-con bait movie, people fill the message boards with hate. This is a wonderful movie, one of the few remakes done right.
