Okay, you've watched Fresh Prince of Belair? Phil and Vivian's youngest son, "Nicky", according to this site his name is Ross Bagley, he was that little cute kid, the same kid in Major Payne, Tiger I believe, Tiger is Orlando Brown according to the listing.

What's going on?!?!? Twins??

They are two different people. Orlando Brown is the kid that played on family matters, and was also seen on some episodes of the Jamie Foxx Show. The kid from the fresh prince of bel air played vivica fox's son in the movie independence day.

No. Orlando Brown played Tiger Dunn but I can understand why you got confused. They do favour one another however Ross Bagley is darker.
