Ms Walburn- Karyn Parsons

cadet Alex Stone- Jesse Mcartney

Cadet HeathCoat- Spencer Breslin

Dotson- Reese from Malcome In The Middle

Wuliger- Rupert Grint

Williams- Nick Cannon

Tiger- the kid who played Ben on Daddy Daycare

Fox(death kid)-Chris Massey

I just can't believe nobody has picked up on the fact that Fox was a deaf kid, not "death kid".

Murphy is hilarious but there's no way he, or anyone else, could take Damon's place as the sadistic Major. What's great is that if you watch "Wife & Kids", which was a great show that should still be on, you'll notice that Damon's real personality came out as the Major. So, knowing that Major Payne "softened up" by the end of the movie, he would still be just as funny without the rough edge.

THERE SHOULD BE A SEQUEL TO MAJOR PAYNE WITH DAMON WAYANS.
