when they pulled the pickoff trick where griffey ran to second at the end, did anybody think that the signals the players gave were WAY to vague. the catcher stood up, and flipped his helmet twice. another play looked back, and gave a hand signal or something. they should have come up with something better, like a signal and a phrase.

I think it only could have been more obvious that they were all signaling each other if they started juggling their gloves across the field or took their spikes off and threw them at each other.

you've obviously never played any kind of baseball above little league. There are more signs going on around the field then you could believe.
