I swear on my life that there was a scene where the three boys took out a boat and went on the lake. They fixed up an old motor and met some girls on the water. Does anyone else have any idea about what I'm thinking of?
sharei think i know what u are talking about. They build a boat and it sinks or something like that. but maybe in the other kid/baseball movie that came out around the same time.

shareYeah, that was Rookie of the Year. In this one, he really didn't have any love interest, though there was mention of that girl who asked him for his autograph being in the stands at one point.

Yeah that was Rookie of the Year like mentioned but it is easy to confuse the two movies, and there were three boys in that one too but there was no mention about the boys having a boat in this movie like Rookie of the Year, even through the 3 boys like to do fishing if you can call it, but the main boy character does question whether if they are really fishing or not.
