I like the ending song but i didn't know the singer and the title of that song

The song at the end is just some original score from the soundtrack composed by Basil Poledouris. Beautiful isn't it? I bought the soundtrack off of eBay

It's titled "Two Different Worlds" by Kenny Loggins. It's not exactly an easy find, and only a select amount feature it on the soundtracks.
