Chinese remake of Coens' 'Blood Simple' - Anyone see it?

Film is called "A Woman, A Gun, and A Noodle Shop". I think it looks good but I wanted to get some input if possible. Feel free to weigh in either way. Trailer is attached below:

it was good but not really memorable. to my surprise, it did not have that many blood simple elements imo.

It takes place a few hundred years in the past in a Chinese desert. Events play out in a similar fashion, but there are some differences. Performances are good all-around, and the scenery is gorgeous. The shift in tone (from thriller to comedy) may throw viewers off a bit. Not as effective as the original film, but it is an interesting change of scenery and culture. Features the most awesome “dough spinning” sequence in the history of cinema.
